It has been a busy but not hectic winter. I always look forward to spring to feel those first days of sunshine and warm air again. I shed the heavy winter coats and sweaters and exchange them for lighter weight jackets. But there are some other markers in time for me as well.

• The return of various birds and ducks to the Alpharetta Greenway. Today I photographed hooded Merganzers, WoodDucks, Mallards, bluebirds, a great blue heron, and saw hawks, redwing blackbirds, and some tanagers.
• Yesterday my children had baseball practice and the season is only a few weeks away.
• We are planning our spring break vacation to Universal Studios and SeaWorld this year.
• And the MRS. is planning the spring cleaning garage sale where she gets rid of more of my stuff.

Yes spring is nearly here.

Other News: Traqmate.com version 2 will be released this month with a new look and feel. The site contains some new features, new products, and is more dynamic than the old site. I also met some great folks at BNI Atlanta, a professional networking group, and am thinking of joining them for more business leads.

biz-Story.com, my other site, is beginning to take off and get better traffic every month. We are still testing for quality content to get better ad revenues. We have managed to attract some new writers however so that will help expand our content.
